What We Stand For
01
Respect The Brotherhood
Every man in this room earned his seat. Treat him accordingly.
02
Confidentiality Is Sacred
What is shared in the Circle stays in the Circle. No exceptions.
03
Show Up
Half-presence is absence. Be in the room, body and mind.
04
No Spam, No Pitches
We are here to sharpen, not to sell. Bring value first.
05
Lead At Home First
A man who cannot lead his household will not lead anything.
06
Iron Sharpens Iron
Tell the hard truth. Receive it. Grow.
